This video presents Bugant Nandin LLC’s activities and practical experience in technical and biological rehabilitation, reforestation, tree nursery operations, and efforts to reduce land degradation.

Bugant Nandin LLC is a Mongolian company based in Bugant Village, Yeröö Soum, Selenge Province, with many years of experience in land degradation reduction, combating desertification, and environmental rehabilitation.

With a team of more than 150 employees and specialists, we implement technical and biological rehabilitation of land degraded by mining activities, as well as reforestation projects. To date, we have successfully completed rehabilitation works across more than 970 hectares and implemented reforestation activities across more than 2,230 hectares.

We have also successfully carried out rehabilitation projects in areas such as the Tolgoitiin Gol Valley and Yalbag Gol Valley, which had been degraded as a result of mining activities. Our tree nurseries currently maintain a reserve of 17 million seedlings representing 12 tree species.

Bugant Nandin LLC continues to contribute to environmental protection and restoration by building practical experience in reducing land degradation and combating desertification, while working in cooperation with local communities, government institutions, and private-sector organizations.

Through COP17, we are presenting our activities and practical experience to the public and international participants, sharing local experiences and practical solutions that can contribute to addressing land degradation and desertification at the global level.
